How much does adoption cost?Since we charge hourly rates for private adoptions, the cost will vary depending on the particular circumstances of each case.
In interstate cases, the cost will depend upon whether the termination of parental rights, the adoption, or both will take place here. In interstate cases, we require that you pay a $2,500 retainer when the termination and adoption wil be finalized in Texas.
If the birth mother and adoptive parents are located in Texas, we require a $2,000 retainer. Our hourly rate is $225.
